The workshop aims at bringing together scientists from different applied and theoretical disciplines that are interested in the modeling, simulation and application of nonlinear bending phenomena.
The workshop is a joint activity of the DFG Priority Programme SPP 2256 Variational Methods for Predicting Complex Phenomena in Engineering Structures and Materials and the DFG Research Unit FOR 3013 Vector- and Tensor-Valued Surface PDEs.
